COMMANDER OPERATIONS & HELP MANUAL
1. Game Controls
- Mouse Movement: Slide your mouse horizontally across the combat deck to pilot your fighter vessel and align your firing trajectory against the Hive swarm.
- Primary Fire: Click and release the Left Mouse Button (LMB) to unleash standard and modular weapon payloads from your active hardpoint slots.
- Charged Defensive Drone Deployment: Hold the Left Mouse Button down for more than 0.8 seconds to charge your core generators, deploying orbiting defense drones that intercept incoming alien enemy fire.
- Tactical Swarm Missiles (Hotkey S): Press the [S] key on your keyboard to instantly deploy devastating homing cluster missiles. Note: Subject to a tactical cooldown timer.
2. Server 1337 Integrity & Shields
Your primary objective is the defense of Server 1337. The telemetry HUD displays two critical integrity meters:
- SHIELD: Represents Server 1337's outer energy barrier. Absorbs incoming enemy plasma bolts first.
- HEALTH: Represents Server 1337's core structural integrity (starting at 1337 HP). If depleted to zero, Server 1337 suffers a catastrophic collapse.
3. Elemental Arsenal Synergy (NEW)
Weapons now possess elemental properties. Combine them for devastating tactical advantages against the Hive:
- Thermal (Red Lasers): Deals raw damage, but will deal 3x Shatter Damage if hitting a Cryo-frozen target.
- Cryo (Blue Lasers): Slows alien descent speed by 50% by applying a frozen status effect.
- Arc (Green/Tachyon): Chains lightning damage to nearby enemies if they are clustered together.
4. Multi-Phase Boss Battles (NEW)
Every 5th wave, a massive Hive Dreadnought will deploy. You must first destroy its outer shield generators and main cannons before you can damage its exposed thermal core.
